Vinny Guadagnino, star of Jersey Shore and Double Shot at Love, is a veritable multi-hyphenate: reality TV star, honorary Chippendale, and possibly your new favorite author. Guadagnino has just written a new cookbook full of keto recipes, entitled The Keto Guido Cookbook, in honor of his Jersey origins. Guadagnino first dabbled with the author life back in 2013 when Jersey Shore fever was at its highest, writing the New York Times bestseller Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool.

Guadagnino credits the low carb, high fat ketogenic diet with helping him keep up his trim, toned physique, which is important when he's stripping on stage in his Las Vegas show Shower. He even started an Instagram account to track his progress. Other celebrities who swear by keto include LeBron James, Halle Berry, and the Kardashians.

The Keto Guido Cookbook will include 100 recipes based on Guadagnino's own favorites. Some pretty delicious-looking dishes that he's shown off on Instagram include a proscuttio wrap (where the wrap is made from coconut) and a burger in a grain-free, keto-friendly bun. That said, some of his keto-friendly insta-recipes look a little bit like cheating, like his attempt at a keto pizza (not to mention the Jameson whiskey).

The book will also include a seven-day meal plan. Guadagnino has said that meal prepping has been the key to his success with the diet, and suggests newbies try it too, "so you have a plan and aren't stuck with big hunger swings...besides, the more fat you eat and fat adapted you become, the more satiated, satisfied, and full you will always feel."

The Keto Guido Cookbook: Delicious Recipes to Get Healthy and Look Great will hit shelves on September 24.
